The Registered Nurse (RN) provides direct resident care and supervises nursing assistants to ensure safe, effective, and compassionate care. This role ensures compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations while promoting a positive and respectful living environment for residents.
Schedule & Pay- Full-time position
- 3 twelve-hour shifts + 1 six-hour shift (Wednesdays)
- Every other weekend rotation required
- Base pay is $34/hour
- Additional shift differentials for evenings, nights and weekends
- Provide direct nursing care and oversee daily activities of nursing assistants
- Lead shift assignments and ensure clear communication among team members
- Admit, transfer, and discharge residents in accordance with policy
- Review, update, and implement care plans and discharge plans
- Maintain accurate charting, incident reports, and required documentation
Ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards - Participate in Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement (QAPI) activities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support resident care
- Active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Previous long-term care experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills
- Knowledge of state and federal nursing home regulations
