** We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CNA to join our team as a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing care to geriatric and rehabilitation patients, with a strong focus on assisting with daily living activities, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs. As a PRN CNA, you will work on an as-needed basis, providing flexible and reliable support to our care team.

** Responsibilities:*
* * Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Monitor vital signs and report changes to licensed nursing staff
* Administer medications and treatments as directed by licensed nursing staff
* Support residents with rehabilitation goals and activities
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care
* Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
** Requirements:*
* * Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
* Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric setting
* Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with assistance as needed
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
