As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) on our PRN team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents.

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate CNA to join our team as a PRN Certified Nursing Assistant. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing care to geriatric and rehabilitation patients, with a strong focus on assisting with daily living activities, medication administration, and monitoring vital signs. As a PRN CNA, you will work on an as-needed basis, providing flexible and reliable support to our care team.

• Assist residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to licensed nursing staff
• Administer medications and treatments as directed by licensed nursing staff
• Support residents with rehabilitation goals and activities
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of resident care
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Experience in long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric setting
• Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition residents with assistance as needed
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
