Certified Nursing Assistant Job Summary

Paramount Community Living and Rehab is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) to join our skilled nursing facility team. As a CNA, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being.

• Provide resident care, including assisting with daily living activities, mobility issues, and vital signs monitoring
• Accurately document care provided, changes in residents' conditions, and other pertinent information in electronic health records
• Communicate effectively with the nursing staff and supervisor regarding any changes in residents' conditions or concerns
• Assist with feeding, preparing meals, and providing companionship to enhance residents' quality of life
• Follow infection control protocols to maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care

This position operates in a clinical healthcare environment, with a focus on providing high-quality care and support to our residents.

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar healthcare setting preferred
• Current CNA certification in Kansas required
• Physical ability to lift and move residents, as well as perform physical tasks associated with patient care
