Hourly Wage

The hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Salary range: $14 - $27 per hour.

Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour depending on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Seasonal associates are responsible for moving the majority of seasonal merchandise throughout the store. When major holidays hit, associates are prepared. Requires product knowledge, problem solving, and merchandise skills.
