We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman to lead a field crew. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in welding, rigging, and materials handling, along with proven leadership skills in a supervisory role.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a field crew to ensure efficient and effective operations.
- Utilize your welding expertise to guide and support team members.
- Work with rigging and materials, ensuring safe and proper handling.
- Interpret and apply blueprints to construction and mechanical tasks.
- Provide leadership and direction to ensure project goals are met.
Essential Skills
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in welding.
- Proven supervisory experience in a similar role.
- Expertise in installation, rigging, and construction.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
- Strong mechanical skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in materials handling.
- Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newton, KS.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
