We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Foreman to lead a field crew. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in welding, rigging, and materials handling, along with proven leadership skills in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a field crew to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Utilize your welding expertise to guide and support team members.
• Work with rigging and materials, ensuring safe and proper handling.
• Interpret and apply blueprints to construction and mechanical tasks.
• Provide leadership and direction to ensure project goals are met.

Essential Skills

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in welding.
• Proven supervisory experience in a similar role.
• Expertise in installation, rigging, and construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Strong mechanical skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in materials handling.
• Leadership skills to manage and motivate a team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Newton, KS.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
