Rocky Mountain Truck Centers is hiring Top-Notch Lube and Tire Technicians for our Newton, KS location. This is a full-time position, with the opportunity for over-time. Duties- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfaction. Other minor duties may be assigned.
- Works under limited supervision and selects from written instructions and established procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.
- Performs inspections, repairs and assigned preventive maintenance services.
- Conducts safety checks on vehicles
- Willing to work on rotation after hours
- Preferred minimum of 1+ years of experience, OR willing to train correct person, with the ability to perform preventative Lube Oil Filter Service on light, medium and heavy-duty trucks.
- Must have the ability to perform the following:
- Tire repair and service
- Basic electrical
- Driveline service
- Must own a set of tools
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position.
- Successfully complete pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check, which will include previous employment check, criminal history and motor vehicle record review.
