Check all products for accuracy against quality standards and deliver products to customers in a safe, courteous, and timely manner while working as part of a team. Support the restaurant by performing other workstation duties. Comply with Domino’s uniform, appearance, and operations standards, and with federal, state, and local laws and ordinances.

• Perform pre‑delivery vehicle preparation, learn the delivery area, and check orders for quality and accuracy.
• Follow proper delivery procedures and provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers and deliver pizza to individual customer homes.
• Safely interact with customers at their homes, receive and process telephone orders, and handle sensitive customer information responsibly.
• Execute credit transactions and make bank deposits as necessary.
• Work as part of a team, support other workstations, and complete all closing duties including cleaning at the end of each shift.
• Navigate adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites while carrying product.
• Operate and clean equipment and facility daily, and perform other assigned workstation duties such as making quality products, preparing ingredients, and taking orders.
• Use basic arithmetic and make correct monetary change; have verbal, written, and telephone skills to take orders.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler, take inventory, and complete associated paperwork.
• Operate a motor vehicle safely.

• Stand for most tasks, walk short distances for short durations, and sit at a desk for paperwork.
• Lifting: heavy bulk product deliveries (up to 50 pounds), lifting cases to shelves up to 72" high, and carrying various items during delivery.
• Carrying: carry large cans (~3 lbs 7 oz), pizza sauce (~30 lbs), pizza dough trays (~12 lbs per tray).
• Pushing/Pulling: move trays on dollies (up to 7.5 pounds of force required).
• Climbing: navigate stairs, ladders, and perform maintenance tasks.
• Bending and crouching: perform tasks that require forward bending at the waist, bending, and squatting to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reaching: reach above 72" to operate ovens, change signs, and reach down to scoop cornmeal, wash dishes, and answer phones.
• Manual dexterity: use forearms and wrists for shaping dough, manipulating pizza peel and cutter, and pinching cardboard boxes.
• Driving: deliver pizzas within designated area, making several deliveries per shift, walking between store and vehicle.

• Exposure to varying weather conditions, hot surfaces/tools up to 500°F, sharp edges, mechanical parts, cornmeal dust, fumes from food odors, cramped quarters.
• Temperature range from 36°F in cooler to above 90°F in some areas.
• Occupational noise and continuous talking and hearing required.

• High School diploma or GED.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license under the laws of the state(s) where the team member works, an acceptable motor vehicle record, proof of insurance, and a satisfactory vehicle.
• Must be able to work scheduled or unscheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and emergencies.
• Must be cross‑trained and able to perform other workstation duties within the restaurant as needed.
• Bilingual skills may be required in certain markets.
• Non‑exempt, hourly position. Split pay wage based on in‑store and on‑road rates.
