Materion is seeking an Assistant Controller for the Newton plant to manage accounting functions, lead month-end close, and support budgeting and forecasting. You will partner with the Plant Controller and Director of Finance to drive cost reductions and process improvements, while ensuring GAAP compliance and accurate inventory valuation.
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance and at least five years in accounting/finance, preferably in manufacturing.
