About the OpportunityOur client is seeking a Client Services Coordinator to serve as the primary point of contact for clients, visitors, and internal staff. This highly visible role is ideal for a customer service professional who leads with empathy, thrives in an office-based administrative role

Key Qualifications- 5+ years of customer service experience in an office or administrative setting
- Associate degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of attention to detail
, organization, and accuracy - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to learn new systems
- Ability to engage with compassion, patience, and professionalism
- Availability for occasional weekend or off-hour needs
- Fluency in English required
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients, vendors, funeral directors, and the general public
- Act as the first point of contact
, managing phone, email, and in-person inquiries - Coordinate and schedule cremation and interment services from documentation through completion
- Process confidential documentation while maintaining privacy and compliance
Manage Sales, Crematory, and Chapel calendars to ensure accurate scheduling - Prepare deeds, certificates, and ownership documentation for service purchases
- Process memorial and inscription requests and coordinate with internal teams and contractors
- Receive payments, initiate work orders, distribute mail, and maintain organized records
- Support internal departments with administrative and operational tasks as needed
