Job Summary
Mass General Brigham Cancer Institute is expanding its Newton‑Wellesley team. The senior practice assistant will coordinate patient scheduling, partner with clinical and administrative team members, and help maintain seamless access to care, efficient clinic operations, and an exceptional experience for patients and providers.
Qualifications- High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
- 3‑5 years of office experience; experience in lieu of a degree is not accepted.
- Strong technology and Microsoft Office skills—advanced Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of office operations, filing, copying, scanning, printing, faxing, and phone system management.
- Ability to manage non‑routine phone calls and resolve routine issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including composing and editing emails, memos, and letters.
- Strong time‑management, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to proofread and edit written documents.

Monday‑Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm (100% onsite) - Pay Range: $19.37–$27.71 per hour
