Our client, a private family with diverse business and philanthropic interests, is seeking a Family Manager / Executive & Personal Assistant to serve as a trusted right hand. This role will oversee a wide range of administrative, household, and lifestyle responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of executive support, personal assistance, or household management experience.

Required - Responsibilities include managing complex personal and professional calendars; coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements for family members; overseeing household operations, vendors, service providers, and special projects across multiple residences; supporting philanthropic initiatives and community involvement; handling personal errands, gifting, and lifestyle management tasks; serving as a central point of coordination among family members, staff, and external partners; organizing relocations, property-related projects, and ongoing administrative priorities;
and ensuring timely follow-up on key initiatives and commitments. - The ideal candidate possesses exceptional organizational and prioritization abilities; prior experience supporting high-net-worth individuals, families, or senior executives; strong project management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities; excellent judgment, discretion, and follow-through; proficiency with Google Workspace and modern technology tools; willingness to be hands-on with both strategic and day-to-day responsibilities; strong communication and relationship-building skills; and the flexibility to respond to evolving needs in a dynamic environment.
