We’re a fun, family-run company looking for a Territory Growth Champion to own and grow our presence across the Eastern half of the U.S., with a focus on the Northeast/New England
. You’ll work with retailers, industrial distributors, end users, and large OEM accounts
, sparking excitement and driving growth wherever you go. If so, we would love to consider you for this positon.
Travel: Approximately 2 weeks per month
What You’ll Do- Build and grow relationships across retail, industrial, OEM, and end-user accounts
- Educate and train partners with hands-on demonstrations and field expertise
- Bring energy, excitement, and infectious enthusiasm to every interaction
- Identify market opportunities and provide insights to leadership
- Support partner onboarding and product launches
- Represent the company at trade shows, events, and in-store trainings
- Maintain a structured travel schedule to cover the territory effectively
- Experienced in sanding, painting, cabinetry, wood finishing, or related trades
- (Bonus if you’ve owned or managed a painting company or cabinet shop.)
- Confident teaching and educating partners with real-world credibility
- A high-energy, outgoing person who loves inspiring others
- Comfortable traveling 2 weeks per month across the eastern U.S. and Canada

- Strategic planning, market analysis, and customer relationship management expertise

- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently in remote settings and travel as required
- Experience in the manufacturing or abrasives industry is a plus
