JCC Greater Boston is seeking Unit Heads to join our Leadership Team for the summer. This seasonal, full‑time role runs 8:30 am–4:30 pm, Monday through Friday, with a starting salary of $7,200 for the nine‑week season (about $20/hour).
You will mentor counselors, support camper well‑being, and lead age‑group programming, collaborating with camp leadership to ensure safety, inclusion, and joyful experiences for every camper.
