Engagement Manager, Commercial Strategy

• Serve as the main client point of contact for project engagements and internal team lead
• Liaise with leadership and project teams to ensure strategically sound, actionable recommendations and answers to client business questions
• Generate and present client-ready research materials, interim deliverables, and final project reports
• Train and mentor junior staff on project case teams and as a reporting manager
• Support business development by creating project proposals, including methodology, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate project staffing to meet team needs and support direct reports’ project interests and goals
• Serve as primary point of client contact for ongoing activities
• Create and manage client proposals and presentations

• Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in quantitative, or health sciences disciplines, or related fields
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in consulting or other relevant areas within the life sciences industry
• Desire and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Enthusiasm for working collaboratively in a dynamic, team-based environment
• Ability to work on multiple projects concurrently
• Demonstrated quantitative and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Excel and Power Point
