Superintendent - Multifamily Construction

Overview

Lead Superintendent for a Highly Recognized Multi-Family Builder. This role offers large bonuses and best-in-class benefits. We are a National ENR Ranked Developer + Builder with a growing presence in Boston. Our core values are centered around our people and our clients. We build a variety of multi-family projects including wood-frame, podium, and concrete multi-story high-rises.

Salary: $130,000 - $160,000 per year

• 10+ years’ experience in Construction Field superintendent
• Extensive experience with ground up multi-family projects required
• Existing experience building ground up multi-family construction in the state of Massachusetts
