Valanti Construction is a growing residential construction and real estate investment company serving the Greater Boston area. We renovate homes, manage construction projects, and transform properties through renovations, flips, and long-term investments.

We’re looking for a Field Coordinator who enjoys being in the field more than behind a desk. This is a hands‑on role for someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward.

You’ll spend your days visiting job sites, coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, clients, and tenants, making deliveries and pickups, handling minor installations, and ensuring every project is progressing as planned.

This position offers tremendous growth potential. As you demonstrate leadership and project management skills, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a Project Manager and take on greater responsibility within the company.

• $75,000–$85,000 annual salary
