HVAC Estimator

We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established mechanical contractor based in Greater Boston that delivers commercial HVAC projects across MA. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add an experienced HVAC Estimator to their preconstruction team.

• Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
• Complete quantity take-offs and develop labour and material costs.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier and subcontractor pricing.
• Prepare competitive bid submissions.
• Work closely with project managers and the preconstruction team throughout the estimating process.

• Experience estimating commercial HVAC or mechanical projects.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, ductwork, piping, and mechanical installations.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Experience with estimating software and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• NYC commercial construction experience is preferred.
