About the RoleWe are seeking a Project Manager with an electrical engineering background to support industrial construction projects in Austin, Texas.
This position will serve as a key point of contact among clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams. The Project Manager will help coordinate project activities, track progress, follow up on open items, and support projects from planning through completion.
Candidates with limited project management experience are welcome to apply. Senior management will provide hands‑on guidance and training. This position is well suited for someone interested in building a long‑term career in electrical construction and project management.

Responsibilities- Communicate and coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal project teams
- Assist with planning and tracking project schedules, deliverables, and key milestones
- Follow up on action items, site issues, material requirements, and project changes
- Coordinate construction activities, equipment delivery, materials, and site access
- Review basic electrical drawings, specifications, and project documentation
- Participate in client meetings, subcontractor meetings, and site coordination meetings
- Prepare meeting notes, progress updates, reports, and other project documentation
- Identify potential delays or project risks and communicate them to management
- Support site inspections, project closeout, and resolution of outstanding items
- Travel to project sites in Austin, Texas, as required
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
- Professional working proficiency in both Mandarin Chinese and English
- Strong organizational, communication, and follow up skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate with different stakeholders
- Willingness to learn electrical construction processes and project management practices
- Ability and willingness to travel to project sites in Austin
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Previous experience in project coordination, electrical construction, industrial facilities, equipment installation, or engineering
- Familiarity with electrical drawings and construction documentation
- Experience working with clients, contractors, subcontractors, or vendors
- Experience with industrial facilities, manufacturing plants, semiconductor facilities, or data centers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools
- PMP, EIT, PE, or other relevant certifications are helpful but not required
- Direct mentorship and hands‑on training from senior management
- Exposure to industrial electrical construction projects
