Production Lead

We’re the team that designs, produces and installs the wall and floor murals you see at businesses, universities and sports arenas across the U.S. We specialize in large-format graphics that give our customers the wow‑factor they need.

We are looking for an energetic and quality‑focused individual to join our team. As the Production Lead, you are primarily responsible for producing various wide‑format specialty printing products. This position plays a critical role in efficiently producing high‑quality graphics that delight our customers.

• Printing and production of client orders
• Inspect customer files, provide digital proofs, and make the graphics print‑ready
• Operate and maintain large‑format printers, laminators, and plotters
• Smaller graphic installations, as needed
• Packing, labeling, and shipping completed jobs; making deliveries
• Inventory management

• Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and problem‑solving skills
• Team player
• Excellent communication skills, both internally and with customers
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.

• Experience with large‑format printers, laminators, plotters, and graphic and signage finishing
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in graphic design (or similar program)
• Customer‑service experience

Compensation: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
