The Customer Service Representative is the connection between our client’s vision and Speed Pro. You will use your skills to understand client creative vision, translate design requirements, and prepare estimates. You must be detail oriented, a strong communicator, and process driven.
Responsibilities- Manage the customer interaction from initial contact through final project output
- Review client needs and designs/artwork
- Prepare estimates and coordinate with production teams to ensure on-time and on-quality orders
- Engage customers and actively move them through the sales process and into production.
- Support the design process as needed to ensure high-quality input for production.
- Sales curious (constantly asking questions to learn about the customer with a desire to build relationships and fully understand their business needs)
- Graphic Design experience – note that this is not a graphic design role
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Highly motivated with a great attitude; a desire to help others via an engaging personality
- Professionalism, confidence, and willingness to roll‑up sleeves and drive results

Compensation: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
