Our client, a fast-growing consumer products company, is seeking a Customer Operations Coordinator to support the successful execution of customer orders and retailer-facing operations. This role will oversee order processing, shipment coordination, issue resolution, and communication with internal partners to ensure timely delivery and exceptional service. The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of experience in tangible product markets and customer operations.

• Manage customer orders and operational requests throughout the order lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure accurate and timely execution.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide status updates on service-related matters.
• Investigate and resolve order, inventory, and fulfillment issues.
• Maintain accurate records within business systems.
• Support reporting and process documentation activities.
• Contribute to operational improvements that enhance customer experience and efficiency.

• 2+ years of experience in customer operations, order management, logistics, supply chain, sales support, or customer service.
• Strong communication skills and experience interacting directly with customers, clients, vendors, or retail partners.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Excel and business systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills and accountability.
