Dental Hygienist - PT Part-Time - $2500 Sign-on Bonus

• Premium Part-Time Pay: $60-65+/hour based on experience
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses:

That's why Newton Centre Dental offers 60-minute adult recall appointments with no accelerated hygiene model. You'll have time to perform thorough clinical care, educate patients, identify concerns, and develop the relationships that make hygiene rewarding. Our established patient population values comprehensive dentistry and long-term relationships, and our practice leans more toward fee-for-service and PPO care rather than heavy insurance participation.

• Provide preventive and therapeutic hygiene services, including cleanings, scaling and root planing, and fluoride treatments
• Perform periodontal assessments and maintain accurate charting
• Capture and interpret digital x-rays
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, periodontal health, and preventive care
• Conduct head, neck, and oral cancer screenings
• Identify periodontal and restorative needs and communicate findings with the dentist
• Build meaningful relationships with established patients
• Collaborate with doctors and team members to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care
• Maintain accurate records and uphold OSHA, HIPAA, and infection control standards

• Associate degree or higher from an accredited dental hygiene program
• Current CPR certification
• Local anesthesia certification required or willingness to obtain
• 1+ year of experience preferred; motivated new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong clinical and patient education skills
• A commitment to providing thorough, individualized care
