• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and data analysis
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and quality improvement
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing healthcare landscapes
• Cultural competence and experience working with diverse patient populations
• Board certification in family practice or primary care (preferred)
• Bilingual skills (Spanish/English) are highly desirable
