Head of Recruitment

FC Greater Boston Bolts Inc], a leading youth soccer organization focused on elite player development and college placement, is seeking an experienced and passionate coach to serve as the Head of Recruitment
.

This role will involve liaising with Directors, Program Leaders and Coaching staff to assist with recruitment, talent identification and player evaluations.

The ideal candidate is a proven developer of teams, identifier of talent and excellent recruiter who thrives in a competitive environment, is passionate about youth development, providing opportunities for young soccer players and understands the modern landscape of youth soccer, and high-performance programming.

• Oversee PDP sessions in the Central, Metro North, North Shore, Boston and South Regions throughout fall, winter & spring (1x evening per week per region)
• Create a minimum of 1 team at foundation phase age groups per region in each of the fall, winter & spring
• Liaise with Director of Operations to connect all player inquiries with relevant regional directors/coaches and arrange for evaluations
• Participate in all regional foundation phase tryouts
• Identify opportunities in new areas within New England for expansion
• Liaise with Foundation Phase Director to identify underperforming programs and devise & execute action plans to ensure minimum paid player criteria is met
• Track the recruitment and retention levels throughout the club
• Provide in house training on talent  recruitment
• Identify potential beneficial partnerships with local organizations and potential affiliate clubs
• Assist Foundation Phase Director in the creation of a club wide curriculum
• Lead Vacation, Summer and Residential Camps
• Coach within the club's EDP and ADP
• Scout and identify Bolts regional teams and recommend players for the EDP
• Scout and identify talented players from town/travel programs
• Create and continually update a foundation phase internal depth chart document in conjunction with the Girls & Boys Directors
• Provide training for new staff working with foundation phase age groups and clinics
• Assist Foundation Phase Director in the ensuring player evaluations are completed by club staff

Salary - $50k per year plus competitive incentives*

Incentive package to be pre agreed with successful candidate

Candidate will report to the Foundation Phase Director, Girls Director, Boys Director and Director of Operations.
