SUMMARYThe Learning & Development Team uses the ADDIE model to create engaging Training and Knowledge Management solutions across our entire organization. We facilitate live, hands‑on ILT for our front‑line bankers, and we also leverage eLearning & Knowledge Management strategies. Our toolbox includes "talking head," "interviews/discussions," and "show me" videos recorded in our studio; interactive eLearning courses; step‑by‑step procedures supported by annotated screen captures;
microlearning; and interactive game playing. At this point, we're exploring how we can leverage AI to take our production and support to the next level.
We're passionate about leveraging technology to explore the limits of where art and science can be applied together to create engaging and effective learning experiences for our employees and help them achieve their mission‑critical work for the organization.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES- Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, behavioral science, communications, or similar area of study required.
- Master's Degree in a related field required.
- 10 years of progressive experience in training program assessment, analysis, design, and delivery of ILT and interactive multimedia eLearning required.
- 3 years managing/leading a team required, Learning & Development/Training team preferred
- Subject matter expertise in the areas of instructional design, classroom facilitation, detailed job and task analysis, gap analysis, root cause analysis and problem solving.
- Learning Management System experience required.
- Experience with Knowledge Management preferred.
- Experience in developing and designing training aids and materials and the ability to coach team in the creation of such materials.
- Advanced photography, video, and voice recording and post‑production knowledge and experience.
- Experience in collaborative/social learning tools including SharePoint and Teams.
- Creating programs and enabling SCORM/AICC content deployment in a Learning Management System.
- Ability to coach training staff through the instructional design process (e.g., ADDIE).
- Strong editing and proofreading skills.
- Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal to a wide variety of people and positions within the organization.
