JCC Greater Boston is seeking a Substitute Teacher (As-Needed/On-Call) to support classroom staff and ensure a safe, engaging environment for children from 6 weeks to 5 years old. The role offers an hourly rate of $18.00–$21.50 with scheduling varying by organizational needs.
Under the direction of ELC Directors, you will facilitate developmentally appropriate curriculum, collaborate with co-teachers, and help maintain ratios and a positive classroom culture.
