Assistant Project Manager- Building Envelope

In this role, you'll manage the full lifecycle of projects for a diverse range of clients, including leading institutions, REIT owners, property managers, and government facility managers. • Strong experience in building envelope systems and restoration
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and deliver exceptional quality and client satisfaction
• Contribute to the company's growth through technical excellence and innovative solutions
• Strong verbal communication skills

• Oversee all phases of existing building envelope projects, including architectural assessment and design
• Prepare construction documents
• Provide construction administration
• Participate in site investigations and assessments to document existing building envelope conditions
