To strengthen our team, we are looking for a QPE Specialist L2 in our plant in Meknes.

• Level of studies:
  Engineering or Master 's degree in Quality Management System, Technical fields or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  3 years of experience in similar area
• Languages:
  
  Fluent in English.

• Task Detailed description of main activities
• BMW quality reporting and GQRS administration:
  Admininistrate and check claims at customer protot type and serial projects
• Judge quality of root cause anylsis and 8D reports for GQRS issues.
• Support with monthly quality reporting.
• Support plant with standardization, lessons learned for past task force actions
• Verfy 8D actions in gemba
• Take care of PPAP submission in QIP customer portal for new projects or PUs
• APQP project quality and 1pager presentations for top management
• BMW BU control plan, PFMEA. Standardization:
  Verify BMW control plan, PFMEA and standardization at Gemba.
• Cross check with actual claims.
• Share best practices between BMW plants.
• BMW quality support for manufacturing plants:
  Support BMW manufacturing plants in development and implementation of action plans.
• Lead quality improvement plans for BMW plants.
• Verify quality improvement actions at Gemba.
• Continuously improve product quality and develop best practices.
• BMW Kako-Tora:
  Update Kako-Tora based on quality claims and other items.
• Continuously educate all plants based on past claims and Kako-Tora.
• Verify Kako-Tora items at Gemba.
• Verify Kako-Tora best practices together with Central Functions.
