Project Manager-Level 2 is an onsite position based in Juno Beach, Florida. This is a 1-year contract assignment (W-2). Great opportunity to join the Early-Stage Solar Engineering & Construction (E&C) team. You will work with the daily management of each assigned Solar project. Primary responsibility is to take ownership of and work independently to manage a portfolio of assigned Solar projects through the Early-Stage processes to include Screening, Diligencing and Early-Stage Pipeline in preparation for turnover to Late-Stage Project Management.

You will report to the Solar Regional Lead Project Manager.

• You will analyze technical and financial data, find notable variables, indicators, and trends.
• You will be part of the development and permitting support, coordinate with and subject matter experts.
• You will facilitate Engineering, contribute to problem resolution, manage your capital budget through approvals.
• Develop a viable construction plan/schedule, negotiate and work on commercial contracts, investigate optimization opportunities.
• You will manage Solar project capital budget, but balance and variances across your portfolio of projects.

• Must have a bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering.
• Must have 6-10 years of experience.
• Must have Project Management Experience.
• Must be able to work independently and be part of a team.
• Construction, Energy Industry, or Solar experience.
• Communicate and work with Executive leadership, Suppliers, Regulatory Agencies, Local Communities, and other team members.
• Mechanical awareness or interest in technical variables.

WECTEC Staffing Services continues to successfully place professional and technical resources into key roles globally. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $75.00/hr. to $80.00/hr.
