Job Overview:

This is an entry-level, onsite engineering role supporting a Systems Engineering team in a fast-paced and evolving environment. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with strong collaboration skills who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a team-oriented setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Requirements development and management
• Risk management and verification & validation (V&V)
• Create and maintain verification protocols and test reports
• Execute tests and document results
• Assist with lab setup, maintenance, and use of engineering lab equipment
• Develop and update design documentation such as:
• Design Failure Modes and Effects Analyses (dFMEAs)
• Support Systems Engineering team deliverables as assigned

Experience or coursework in:

• Requirements creation and management
• Verification protocol and report writing

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline (Systems, Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Chemical, or similar)
• Entry-level to 0–3 years of relevant experience
• 100% onsite role
• Lab and office-based engineering environment
