We have an immediate need for a MEP Project Manager in Boston, MA.

LiRo-Hill is a 1100-person firm with offices in NYC, Long Island, Buffalo, Rochester, Boston and Edison, NJ.
Responsibilities- Manage and coordinate engineering projects across all phases: planning, design, permitting, and construction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Facilitate design reviews, coordination meetings and quality control processes.
- Lead project meetings, prepare progress reports, and ensure timely communication with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.
- Support business development efforts through proposal writing and client presentations.
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-8 years of experience in consulting engineering or construction project management.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license or PMP certification preferred.
- Experience of successfully managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
- Strong understanding of building systems (MEP, structural, civil) and construction processes.
- Healthcare and municipal project experience a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Skills:
- Experience with sustainable design and LEED-certified projects.
- Self-motivated with the ability to multitask to meet specific project deadlines.

Compensation:
Minimum: $100,000 – Maximum: $130,000 per year. Exact compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications and location.
The selected candidate must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
