- Develop, scale, and optimize chemical processes from lab to pilot and continuous manufacturing.
- Design, size, and select process equipment, including reactors, pumps, vessels, piping, and instrumentation.
- Develop P&IDs/PFDs and perform process calculations.
- Execute scale-up experiments and troubleshoot process/equipment issues.
- Support equipment assembly, commissioning, and pilot operations.
- Participate in HAZOP, FMEA, and process safety reviews.
- Develop SOPs, technical documentation, and process control strategies.
- Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to transition processes into production
- BS/MS in Chemical Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
- Proven experience with process development, scale-up, and pilot/continuous manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with chemical processing equipment, P&IDs, instrumentation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of reaction engineering, heat/mass transfer, fluid mechanics, and separations.
- Experience with HAZOP/FMEA and process safety.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
