Our client, a leader in regulated engineering and technology solutions, is seeking a Senior Electrical Engineering Project Manager to join their team. As a Senior Electrical Engineering Project Manager, you will be part of the Engineering team supporting cross-functional product development teams. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and technical decision-making expertise which will align successfully in the organization.

• Lead complex electrical engineering and product development programs from concept through commercialization.
• Manage hardware, firmware, systems, verification, regulatory, and design transfer activities.
• Drive technical decision-making while managing project schedules, budgets, and risks.
• Lead multidisciplinary engineering teams and collaborate with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Communicate program status, challenges, and milestones to executive leadership.

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in electrical engineering and product development, including leadership of complex engineering programs.
• Experience managing hardware, firmware, systems, verification, and regulatory activities.
• Expertise in requirements management, risk management, design controls, verification/validation, supplier management, and design transfer.
• Experience working in regulated industries such as medical devices, robotics, aerospace, or industrial automation.
