Associate Vice President Bridge Structural Lead

The LiRo Group seeks an Associate Vice President Bridge Structural Lead for our Engineering & Design department. In this senior role, you will guide structural design for complex bridge and transportation infrastructure projects, serving as the firm's technical bridge authority. You will manage and mentor multidisciplinary teams, oversee quality, schedules, and budgets, and collaborate closely with clients and agencies. Responsibilities

• Lead structural design and analysis of bridge and related transportation infrastructure projects.
• Serve as technical authority for bridge codes, standards, and quality control.
• Manage and mentor engineering and design staff within the Engineering & Design department.
• Oversee project delivery, schedules, and budgets in coordination with project managers.
• Support business development, proposals, and client presentations for bridge projects.
• Coordinate with architects, planners, and construction teams to ensure constructible solutions.
• Review and seal structural calculations, drawings, and specifications.
• Implement innovative and sustainable design practices aligned with firm goals.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and agency requirements.
• Foster a culture of teamwork, integrity, and continuous improvement.
