Senior Structural Engineer

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex design structures and integrate structural elements into overall project planning.
• Supervise and guide junior engineers and technical staff to achieve project objectives.
• Manage project resources, timelines, and budgets within the structural department's scope.
• Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and best practices in all technical documents and reports.
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical insights and updates to stakeholders.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in structural analysis software such as STAAD or SAP
  2000.
• Strong understanding of load calculations and material analysis.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Competence in drafting and implementing detailed plans using Auto
• CAD or similar software.
• Ability to navigate complex multi-disciplinary projects effectively.
