Our vision is to bring unique therapies to patients with rare diseases that extend and improve quality of life. Our focus is on projects in late-stage development for commercialization of treatments for serious diseases with significant unmet medical needs in the orphan drug segment. In February 2025, the European Medicines Agency approved Egetis’ Emcitate® (tiratricol) as the first and only treatment of peripheral thyrotoxicosis in patients with monocarboxylate transporter 8 (MCT8) deficiency (Allan-Herndon-Dudley Syndrome.)

In November 2025, Egetis reported positive topline results from the ReTRIACt study of tiratricol in patients with MCT8 deficiency – the final study supporting registration.

Following a productive pre-NDA meeting and a Breakthrough Therapy Designation, Egetis plans to begin a rolling NDA submission in December 2025, with completion targeted for early 2026 and a potential FDA decision in Q3 2026 (pending Priority Review).

Reporting solid line to the CFO and dotted line to the US President, the Head of Finance, US will serve as the senior finance leader for the US affiliate and the sole finance professional during a critical pre-commercial and first-launch phase. The role is accountable for operating, and scaling the end-to-end finance function, together with the HQ finance team, to support the successful launch of the Egetis’ first US product in rare diseases.

This role combines hands-on financial execution with senior-level financial stewardship in a lean, highly regulated environment.

In addition to core finance responsibilities, the role supports US pricing governance and state drug price transparency activities from a financial, compliance, and data integrity perspective, in close partnership with Market Access (strategic owner), Legal, Compliance, and Global Finance. The Head of Finance, US acts as a trusted business partner to the US leadership team and as the primary financial interface with the Swedish parent company.

The parent company is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm.

Finance Leadership & Business Partnership

• Act as the primary finance partner to US leadership, supporting launch readiness, commercial decision-making, and risk management; serve as the key financial interface with Global Finance and the Swedish parent company.

Financial Planning & Performance Management

• Own US budgeting, long-range planning, forecasting, and launch financial models; monitor performance, assess risks, and inform investment and resource allocation decisions.

Pricing Governance & Transparency Oversight

• Provide financial analysis, validation, and risk oversight for US pricing decisions, gross-to-net impacts, and pricing governance, in close partnership with Market Access, Legal, and Compliance.

Government Pricing & Regulatory Reporting

• Oversee financial components of government pricing and state drug price transparency requirements, ensuring accurate methodologies, audit-ready documentation, and compliant submissions.

Accounting, Controls & Compliance

• Own US GAAP accounting, monthly close, statutory and tax reporting; ensure robust internal controls, audit readiness, and alignment with IFRS consolidation and public-company governance standards.

Commercial Finance & Revenue Operations
