Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Newton Lower Falls, MA, for an Assistant. In this role, you will provide administrative and operational support to the team, including scheduling, managing correspondence, maintaining records, and assisting with client communications. You will also handle office organization tasks, coordinate meetings, assist in research, and support financial advisors with client onboarding and service processes.

Ensuring an efficient and productive office environment will be a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
  • Proficiency in office tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and familiarity with CRM systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with interpersonal skills to interact professionally with clients and team members
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing tasks and challenges
  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, or related administrative roles preferred but not required
  • Capacity to handle sensitive financial information with the highest level of confidentiality
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is a plus
