Accounting Manager | Newton, MA

A growing specialty finance and asset-based lending firm is seeking an Accounting Manager to join its team. This role offers broad exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, financial modeling, lending operations, and banking relationships while working closely with senior leadership.

Compensation: $annually

• Prepare and review weekly borrowing base certificates and lender reporting
• Assist with monthly financial statements and bank reporting packages
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling initiatives
• Participate in daily banking activities, borrower fundings, and lender advances
• Assist with annual audits and periodic field examinations
• Utilize and maintain loan administration and reporting systems
• Partner with leadership on process improvements and financial analysis

• CPA with 3–5 years of public accounting experience
• Experience with banking, lending, specialty finance, or financial services clients is required
• Advanced Excel skills required;
  Quick Books experience is beneficial
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
