Salon Coordinator & Assistant

Our business is growing, and we’re hiring for a hybrid role that’s perfect for anyone building a future in the beauty industry.

This is one position with two sides. As a Salon Coordinator, you’re the face of the front desk — booking appointments, checking guests in and out, driving retail sales, and acting as the bridge between our guests and stylists. As a Salon Assistant, you support our hairdressers on the floor and help every service run smoothly. Together, you keep the salon organized, welcoming, and running at its best.

This role is ideal for you if you’re serious about cosmetology — whether you’re planning to enroll in beauty school, currently in school, or a recent grad ready to launch your career. If you love this industry and want to grow inside it, we want to talk.

• A genuine interest in cosmetology and the beauty industry (planning to attend, currently enrolled, or recently graduated)
• Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional customer service and people skills
• A reliable, team‑first attitude — you take direction well and show up ready
• The ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast‑paced environment
• Prior salon experience is a plus, but not required
