- Max $26.50/hr

Compensation will be based on, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, and work schedule

The Assistant Director of Recreation will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Interact in a kind, compassionate manner with residents, families & co-workers
• Plan and execute appropriate activities
• Maintain a liaison with other department supervisors to adequately plan for resident activities
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action
• Assist with employee work schedules for the Recreation Department
• Assist the Recreation Director as needed

Position Requirements:

• 1+ years or relevant experience, at least 1 of which in a supervisory capacity
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
