Ledgewood Rehabilitation & Nursing Center is seeking a passionate and caring Physical Therapist Assistant (24-32 hours/week) to join our recently deficiency-free & 5-star skilled nursing facility in Beverly. Join our team!

Competitive salary, reflective of level of experience - $32-37/hour

• Current Massachusetts PTA license
• 1-2 years in long-term care, preferred

• Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists.
• Provide direct patient care including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modality applications.
• Monitor and document patient progress, report observations to the Physical Therapist, and educate patients and families on treatment protocols, exercises, and self-care techniques.
• Accurately document patient treatments, progress, and responses in compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
• Work closely with Physical Therapists and support staff to ensure coordinated patient care and effective treatment outcomes.
