What you have:- 1–5 years of patent prosecution experience in life sciences.
- PhD or MS in molecular biology, immunology, biochemistry, bioinformatics, chemistry, organic chemistry, medicinal chemistry, cancer biology, pharmacology, biophysics, and the like.
- Active license to practice law.
- USPTO registration.
- Passion for innovation, collaboration, and making a difference in emerging tech.
- Draft and prosecute patent applications in life sciences.
- Prepare patentability, non-infringement, and/or validity opinion letters.
- Provide IP counseling in the life sciences for a worldwide client base.
- Work alongside top-tier attorneys to gain comprehensive training and mentorship.
