Minimum Requirements:

• Massachusetts PT license in-hand by start date
  • 6-8 week turnaround from application – we will reimburse
• 1+ years of experience as a Physical Therapist in a home health setting required
• Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that ensured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order
