• Graduated from an accredited school
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Passed the NBCOT exam
• Minimum one year of professional working experience
• Current state license as an Occupational Therapist / OT or actively in process of licensure
• Current CPR certification

• Assess referred patients requiring rehabilitation services, including direct patient care to evaluate medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and rehabilitation potential
• Establish and administer a treatment program with goals aligned to patient capacity and tolerance
• Develop a plan of care for each occupational therapy patient
• Provide skilled occupational therapy services/interventions per physician orders
• Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions
• Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient
