Position: Center Director (BCBA) - $10k Sign-On Bonus!

Center Director

As a Center Director, you'll lead the clinical and day-to-day operations of one to two centers while helping create an environment where clients thrive and team members love coming to work.

You'll partner closely with regional leadership and clinical support teams to ensure your center is fully staffed, operating effectively, and delivering excellent clinical services. Just as importantly, you'll set the tone for your center—building a supportive, collaborative culture where team members are engaged, recognized, and encouraged to grow.

This is a unique opportunity to combine your clinical expertise with people leadership and center operations while still staying connected to the work that brought you to ABA.

Locations:
Center Director for the Newton and Framingham Learning Centers (Newton 4 days/week, Framingham 1 day/week)

What You Have
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential and valid state licensure required
  • At least 2 years of post-credential experience supervising ABA services
  • At least 4 years of experience providing ABA services
  • Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to high-quality, contemporary ABA
  • The ability to coach, motivate, and develop others
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Lead your center. Oversee clinical services and daily center operations while creating an environment where clients and team members can thrive.
  • Develop your team. Coach, support, and provide meaningful feedback to clinical team members while encouraging their professional growth.
  • Champion clinical quality. Ensure services meet LEARN's clinical, operational, documentation, and quality standards.
  • Create an amazing culture. Build a supportive, inclusive team environment and celebrate the contributions and achievements of your team.
  • Support families. Help ensure caregivers receive high-quality service and have a positive experience with their care team.
  • Keep the center running strong. Partner with leadership on staffing, capacity, facilities, safety, and other operational needs.
