• Lead the design and implementation of Customer Success (CS) accreditation and onboarding programs
• Develop and operationalize enablement content, including webinars, playbooks, and training modules
• Oversee the CS communication strategy, ensuring consistent and effective messaging across teams
• Manage change initiatives related to process and tool updates within the CS organization
• Utilize AI tools to enhance content creation, customer engagement, and field feedback analysis

• 5+ years of experience in Customer Success, Enablement, Operations, or Program Management
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of professional experience in global organizations, preferably in SaaS or technology
• Strong business acumen and customer‑centric mindset with excellent program management skills
• Proven ability to communicate effectively at various management levels
• Experience designing learning experiences and onboarding programs

• Familiarity with AI tools for content automation and knowledge extraction
• Experience with Gainsight, LMS platforms, Highspot, and enterprise communications systems
• Track record of building and maintaining end‑to‑end programs independently
• Strong project management and change management skills
• Ability to create visually compelling presentations and clear, actionable content
