Paxera Health Corp. now has a need for an Applications Specialist to join our talented team of individuals as. This person will perform pre/post-sales presentations, training and support of our medical imaging software to our clients in Zones 3, (including Europe and the Gulf region).

SUMMARY

This position serves as a software expert to the organization’s clients and team members for the front-end application side of Paxera Health software including Picture Archiving and Communications Systems (PACS). As such, the Clinical Applications Specialist is responsible for performing pre- and post-sales remote and in person demonstrations, presentations, training, and support of Paxera Health products and maintaining up-to-date documentation for such software.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Conducts webinars and workshops to demonstrate and provide pre-sales and technical expertise to potential and current clients as it relates to Paxera Health applications.
  • Creates presentations, videos and other training materials as required for webinars, workshops and training sessions.
  • Serves as a software support to clients and internal team members.
  • Interfaces between clients/potential clients and company development team, skillfully forwarding pertinent suggestions and ideas to development for inclusion in future enhancements of software.
  • Participates in the product development process. (As Application Specialist, you will gain unique insight into the needs and issues facing clients which is knowledge that is part of the important feedback loop to the product management and quality assurance teams identifying product gaps and ensuring high quality deliverables.)
  • Develops and manages software documentation and technical support content including user manuals, video-based tutorials and training tools.
  • Helps with the product setup process as well as provides product presentations to customers and visitors during trade shows.
  • Provides technical support and training for clients and distributors, remotely and on-site.
  • Attends conferences and exhibitions, meets with current and potential clients and demonstrates Paxera Health medical imaging solutions.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
    • Experience as a radiology technologist or in similar clinical role. A deep understanding of medical imaging and the challenges faced by professionals in this industry.
    • A Bachelor’s degree in Radiology, Biomedical Engineering or similar field is required.
    • 2 years of demonstration or training experience (both remote and in-person) in similar field, preferably with a software organization.
    • Must be technologically proficient.
    • Strong presentation skills with sales ability.
    • Ability to absorb and convey highly technical information.
    • A hands-on and customer-centric approach.
    • Must be able to travel to demonstrate to clients and to trade shows on occasion.
    • Good time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
    • Ability to work as part of a team.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and information technology.
