Materion in Newton, MA is looking for an IT Service Desk Technician (Level
2) to provide IT and OT support in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, managing service requests, and working with network equipment.
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach. A Bachelor’s degree in IT or computer science is required along with a minimum of 5 years of experience in IT operations. This is a 100% onsite position.
