An SAP Head Of Delivery is required by Whitehall Resources to work with a recognized, consulting client of ours on a full-time/ permanent basis. This position will involve a hybrid working pattern, with approx 30% travel across the USA.

The Head of Technology/Delivery is a senior executive role responsible for the full lifecycle of service delivery across our client's portfolio, with a focus on SAP. This leader owns the integration of our clients proprietary technology platforms with professional services engagements, ensuring that clients in highly regulated verticals receive measurable, compliant, and continuously improving outcomes. The role demands equal fluency in technology operations, client relationship management, delivery excellence, and regulated-industry requirements — including export controls, data sovereignty, and sector-specific compliance frameworks.

• Own end-to-end accountability for all service delivery operations, encompassing technology-enabled services, professional services engagements, and managed service offerings
• Serve as the executive owner of our client's proprietary technology solutions as they are deployed and operationalized within client environments
• Serve as the senior executive relationship owner for key accounts across Aerospace & Defense (A&D), Utilities, Oil & Gas, Satellite, and government agency verticals
• Own the revenue and margin performance of the Technology Enabled Services business unit
• Build, mentor, and retain a high-performing delivery organization capable of supporting complex, multi-vertical engagements
• Implement robust governance structures including delivery dashboards, executive status reporting, and escalation pathways

• Extensive experience in SAP technology services, managed services, or professional services delivery
• Demonstrated leadership of delivery organizations serving regulated industries — specifically A&D, Utilities, Oil & Gas, Satellite, or federal/state/international government clients
• Proven P&L ownership with accountability for revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction metrics
• Working knowledge of applicable regulatory frameworks (ITAR, EAR, NERC CIP, FAR/DFARS, or equivalent)
• Experience managing and growing a portfolio of complex, multi-year client engagements
• Demonstrated ability to lead geographically distributed teams across domestic and international delivery environments
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience presenting to C-suite and government program leadership
